WebSep 22, 2013 · I had a Western Electric 302 rotary phone and it worked great (calls came in & out) I live in Louisiana, I sold it to someone who lives in California and he is telling me he can receive calls , but can't call out. Can anyone give me any advice on this so I can try & help the person I sold the phone to.
