WebJune 22nd 20 - June 22nd 21! 1 year ago I found Chloe Ting and finally took my first "before" pic after 1 month into my journey. I've done 12 of her challenges and started doing Bret Contreras' programme who I found through her. It's been hard work but it's so worth it. I can't thank her enough!
