Boat rental, ramps and fishing docks provide easy access to the park’s lake, known as one of Georgia’s top fishing spots for hybrid and white bass. WebThis trail is a portion of the Eastern Pines Backpacking Trail that makes for a nice day hike or two-day expedition. There is a campsite shortly before arriving at High Falls if looking to spend the night. The trail starts at Achray Campground on the lesser-used Barron Canyon area of the park and makes its way past Johnston Lake with not too many ups and downs.
