It dropped some more after that, my nadir was two months later at 1.54. Then it started rising slowly. WebHe said my PSA's went up, but don't panic. 24 to 36 months after radiation, PSA's may inexplicably go up. It's called "PSA bounce" and it's common. They don't know why. I was also told that 3 months is a good rule. Also to limit my running or other similar activities and sex 3 days prior to test. Good luck!
