I have a 3080Ti FTW3 Ultra and it shot up straight to 83c while playing Outriders at 1440p ultra settings. I have since moved over to the hybrid kit and do not see temps above 65c. I think the temps depends largely on what game you are playing.

Swapped the QL120 back to the hybrid stock fans and already saw an improvement of about 9c less when gaming.
