WebThis is usually referred to as the primary screen. The second screen is to one side and you won’t usually be focused on looking at it while presenting. Open the Teams app on the primary screen. Open the content you want to share, whether that is PowerPoint slides, a browser window, an Excel spreadsheet, or any other content, on the second screen. WebMake sure the PowerPoint presentation is in Slide Show mode, which will show the slides only in the PowerPoint window. Then you can share your entire screen in Teams or Zoom. If you are sharing the screen in Zoom, make sure to check the option at the bottom of the sharing dialog box to Optimize Screen Sharing for Video Clip.

I mostly share via Teams different content, very often CAD 3D models of various assemblies etc. and it is highly problematic, that people can not see at what I am pointing since mouse pointer is not visible or easily disapears. WebJan 14, 2024 · Doing it this way may help. Put the presentation into presenter view before sharing your screen and when you hit screen share, you will get two options.
